What do you do when your buddies get a National Geographic Young Explorers Grant to make an environmental film walking and stand up paddle boarding the length of Baja California (1,000 miles in 111 days)? Meet them at the bottom to party and help film of course! Spent a week pick-up filming, SUP'ing, snorkeling with sea lions in the Sea of Cortez, body surfing against the unruly Pacific waves, drinking margaritas for breakfast (...lunch and dinner...), and soaking in all that beautiful and rugged Baja California has to offer. The great thing about traveling with Nat Geo friends is that you can guarantee there will be more cameras than people around at any given moment. Here's a few photos snapped by all of us.
